Can I order colors/styles of shirts other than what is on the order form?
SURE! Here at T Double Odd Designs, we will print on any color/style shirt you would like us to. Just include the request with your order.
HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER (Modifications/Cancellations):
PRINT-TO-ORDER ORDER MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS:
DEADLINE: We work on a weekly cycle that begins @ 5:01PM MT on Sunday and ends @ 5:00PM MT the next Sunday. Orders received during this cycle will usually be printed that Sunday, though that cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to the printing process.
TO MODIFY/CANCEL YOUR PRINT-TO-ORDER ORDER: If it is before 5PM MT the Sunday after you placed your order, email us with the invoice number and exact changes you want to make and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
After 5pm MT on Sunday, it is too late to modify or cancel the order. Send us an email to advise us you will be refusing shipment. When the package arrives, do not open the package. Mark it "refused" and give it back to your delivery person. It will be sent back to us at no charge to you, and you will be credited when we receive the package back.
If you want to cancel only part of your order, you will need to follow the return instructions that are enclosed in your package

T- Double Odd t-shirts can only be purchased online and we do not offer wholesale purchasing or pricing. All of our slogans are original T Double odd creations. If you see any of them in a store or for purchase anywhere other than on our website, this is a case of bootlegging and is illegal. Feel free to CONTACT US to let us know when this happens.
CATALOG:
Currently we do not offer catalogs and only sell via secure online store.
CUSTOM SHIRTS:
We can not make custom shirts. We can not offer customized versions of our existing shirts. However, if you want to submit the idea and it is deemed Odd enough, we'll give you 5 free Shirts!
SHIPPING INFO:
We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping takes 7-15 days for all orders in the U.S. Packages in the U.S. are sent via the U.S. Postal Service by Priority or First Class Mail. Please make sure you can receive mail from the Post Office at the address you supply. We are unable to grant requests to send our packages via UPS or Fed Ex, even if you want to use your own account.
Why does it take up to 10 days for shipping? The answer is simple: variety. We offer a number of different designs. We offer all of our designs on numerous styles/colors. This allows you to create a truly custom shirt. In addition to the choices in styles and colors, we also offer some styles in sizes up to 5XL. If we tried to keep just one of each design, in every style, color and size that we offer; we would have to keep an inventory of over 130,000 shirts. And that’s just to have one of each design in stock.
So instead, we print to order. You may wonder why we don’t print our shirts as the orders come in, or at least process a day’s worth of orders, on the following day. Silk screening shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to set up the screen or screens for the artwork; do a test print; make sure everything is lined up correctly; and make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you’re done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt.
We sell quite a few shirts a week, of different designs. So, every day we would have to set up every single design ordered print the shirts and then clean up after each design. If we could set up each shirt in 5 minutes that would be 16 hours a day spent setting shirts up. We would spend more time setting up shirts each day than actually printing them.
So, it makes sense to do as many of each design at the same time as you can. So we take all of the orders that come in from Monday – Sunday of any given week, and print them the following week. By doing a week’s worth of each design at a time, we can operate our printing plant efficiently; and that keeps our costs and our prices down.
The only way to “speed up” delivery is to take advantage of the cycle I just explained. If you order on Monday, that order is not going to be processed until Sunday at midnight, and will not ship until the following Friday, or 12 days later. If you order on Sunday, that order will be processed the same night, and will ship on Friday, or 6 days later.
We do not offer express or overnight shipping. Most of the delivery time is really spent in processing, not in shipping. We ship all of our packages U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. It usually takes 2-3 business days to reach most parts of the continental United States, so overnight or second day delivery is not really going to be that much of a benefit. We ship thousands of shirts every week and we have automated as much of the process as possible. That’s why it’s not possible for us to pull your order out and ship it by Fed Ex or some other Express service, even if we were willing to pay extra or use a personal account.
We like to think we offer the best t-shirt experience. We use the highest quality shirts and the best printing method available (silk screening). Other t-shirt companies may offer fewer designs, on a limited selection of sizes, colors, and styles. They may iron on their designs or use inkjet printing. It will reduce their set up time, but the image quality, and washability will suffer. We offer the highest quality silk screened designs, on more styles, colors, and sizes than any other company. We think that they’re worth waiting for.

USA: If you select Priority Mail, shipping is $4.95 for the first shirt and varying amounts for additional shirts depending upon what your zip code is and the weight of your order (USPS priority mail has changed their entire pricing scheme and the pricing depends upon what zone your city falls in and how far it is from our facility in Phoenix AZ). Selecting First Class Mail will get you cheaper rates. You can see those rates in the shopping cart.

We are not currently shipping internationally, but business is all about supply and demand. If you, the customers, demand it enough, we will supply it. Send us a request via our contact form.
DESIGNATING YOUR PACKAGE AS A "GIFT"*
You may declare your package as a "gift" by clicking the "gift" check box before you order. If you check this box, the recipient (whomever the package is delivered to, even if it's just yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all.
However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the "gift" designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.
On all "gift" orders, we declare $3 per item (the designated cost to make a product). So, if you order 2 shirts, your order will be declared as a "gift" with a $6 value and NO TOTALS will be stated on your packing slip inside the box (they will instead be replaced with the word "gift").
MILITARY ADDRESSES:
We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.
You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.
Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.
Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.
Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Please do not enter the additional 4 digits. It will only delay your order.

SHRINKAGE AND CARE:
All our shirts are made of 100% cotton*. They may shrink about half a size when washed except for the Ringers. Our Ringer shirts seem to shrink about one full size when washed.
You must wash our shirts in cold water with similar colors and dry on low heat to minimize shrinkage or color bleeding. Color bleeding is more likely to occur on darker, richer colors but turning inside out and washing in cold should prevent this.
